Howdy from the Texas Gulf Coast

Greetings to all from a Bradley newbie on the Texas Gulf Coast (about 40 miles due south of Houston).  This past week I got a new Bradley Six Rack, got the cold smoke accessory as well, added an Auber dual probe controller, and built a small cart for it.  Looking forward to the first smoke next weekend -- pulled pork, a family favorite.

I just want to say a very big THANK YOU to all the forum contributors.  These forums are incredible and they sold me on the Bradley smokers over the other choices.  Tenpoint5's "A quick note..." a the top of this forum says it well.  I look forward to getting lots of help in mastering my new Bradly.
