I'm new to smoking myself (I mean... I, myself... not smoking my self... obviously), but I've gained a lot from this forum.   I really knew nothing at all about it 8 months ago, and now I can make ribs that blow away any I'd ever had before.   I've also learned here how to make my pork butts, pork loins, briskets, and chicken wings turn out really good.   And there's so much I haven't gotten to yet.   All in such a short time.   This place is great.
