And yes, I do have a pile of fresh green beans in the fridge.   Trying to get motivated to vacuum seal them now.

Gotta try that with bacon grease.  I fry up green beans all the time but generally use butter, fresh chopped garlic, sea salt, coarse ground pepper.  I love them that way and have used both canned and fresh with good results.

Steeler....she's a keeper!
