newbie from MD as well...actually in the process of my first smoke w/ my new Bradley...a beef tenderloin that chilled in a cajun rub for 24 hrs...got my fingers crossed

Go easy on the tenderloin bgregs.  I'd probably pull it at 125 or so.  Let it rest and then into the oven at 375 to finish it off.
