For Canada Day my cousin asked if I could do Pulled Pork for the annual BBQ at their place. I said no problem. Well he dropped off a 10 lb. loin and I picked up an 8 lb shoulder.
So on Tuesday  I cut the loin in two and slathered CYM on the loin and the shoulder, then a liberal application of June & Caylie's Rack and Butt Rub, then wrapped in plastic and into the fridge until Wednesday night.

We Got home from work at 8:30pm and I race down to get the meat out of the fridge to let it start to warm up a little, then I set up the Bradley and got it heating up. Then it was time to make some grub as we have dinner when we get home. I got dinner going and at 9:00pm the Bradley was up to 230 so I put the meat in with four hours of smoke ready to roll. At 10:00pm the sky looked ominous so up went the tarp in case of rain (a good chance on the west coast). At 1:00am I changed the water bowl and nervously went to bed. Woke up at 5:30am to the sound of rain (thanks goodness I put up the tarp) and had a look over at the remote and saw the internal was at 140 so back to sleep for another hour or so. At noon the temp in all three was 164 or there abouts, and it stayed there until about 2:00. Internal temp was reached on all by 3:00pm when they were all put to bed in the cooler wrapped in foil and towels. Now I made the BBQ sauce using T2's recipe from the recipe site and I started pulling the pork at 4:00 , got to my cousins at 5:00 and by 6:00 the pork was gone, all the other meat was still there and they wanted more pork. Another success with the help from this forum.
Here are a few pics.

Looks good Ross! Can't believe you didn't invite me. ;)
What do you do for a living that requires you to get home from work so late?

Looks good Ross!

Some how I read that as looks gross and was going to ask what's wrong with you. My reading comprehension skills seem to be lacking. ;D

I know what your problem is, I have seen this before. You need more smoke in your veins. ;D ;D Congrats Ross, damn I wish I was your cousin. That is some awesome looking butt. Nice job.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.
