Here is what you need.

Ground turkey, eggs, onion and bacon in the back.

As soon as it quits pouring i will get these to one of the smokers.

3 LB Ground Turkey (50/50 white to dark meat or all dark)
1 Lb bacon
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 medium eggs
1 cup finely minced or diced onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbs dijon mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt (or more to taste)
2 Tbs worchestester sauce
1/2 cup Wing Sauce (and more for dipping / basting later)

Mix the above ingredients , form into balls.

Roll the balls in more Panko Bread crumbs

Grill indirect until done (155 degrees IT of the meat) .

Then baste , dredge, dip, coat with more wing sauce and eat!

That sounds good. Bookmarked! Having never looked for ground turkey where did you get yours? And please send the rain this way. It's so hot we could use a little.
