Brisket rubbed before lunch today, and did the corned beef brisket riht before dinner. Both with Jan's rub, and both looking great. Tempted to throw the brisket in now, but too paranoid it'll cook to fast only being 7 pounds. Hmm.....

Brisket went in just after midnight last night, and is up to 170 degrees. Corned beef brisket went in around 9AM this morning and is at 150 degrees. A few more hours to go! The lovely Air Force server is retarded....Its insane the simple innocent things it blocks and allows some things that DEF should be blocked! Thats only the tip of the iceberg ast to how retarded and backwards the AF is. I cant wait to drive out the front gate for the last time giving this place the finger! Its so close I can feel it! The last 9 years have gotten dumber and dumber as time has gone on...
On a happier note...the food sounds awesome!
