Not sure what I did or didn't do.  I set my Auber for 1 hr at 130 and ramped it to 140 for 3 hrs and then to 150 for 3 hrs and 160 for 3 hrs with a setting F at 152.  The PID worked to bring up the cabinet temp to 130 and held it there and then when it started to move up after the hour I started the SG and started to smoke.  The SG was working fine and I came in to post on the sausage thread.  I went back out and no smoke was rolling and the light on the SG was out.  I checked the fuse and it was good.  I cleared the settings on the PID and did COL 1 for 140 degress for 3 hrs and that was all I entered.  The SG came on.  I guess I had a setting in there that turned of the SG but I'll be darn if I know what it is or how do do it.  For this smoke I will just change the 1st setting to ramp up the temp to 150 when the smoke is finished.  Yep....this is a learning experience for sure.

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.
