Soileau's Split Chicken and Black Beans and Rice



Soileau's Split Chicken and Black Beans and Rice - Southern Style





After applying the Hot Wing Sauce...



and added a liberal amount of Soileau's (squirtthecat sent me)



Placed Chicken and rack on second rest from top



The internal temperature of the chicken breast is now at 165 degree. Time to remove from the smoker.



The two halves of chickens are also done and have a nice, smoky color.





Platted!!
