Novice Smoker

My new OBS is on the way.  I have a lot of silver salmon just waiting for the smoker, but have never done it correctly before.
No experience with a Bradley, just played around with a Brinkman, and used to do it the old fashioned all night way with my Granddaddy.

Thanks.  I also have some reds and a king, but I thought I would experoment on the silvers first, unless that's a bad idea.
