Hello to all. I just purchased a 6  rack digital smoker and can't wait to get back home to use it. Will be trying it out on some elk roasts. I had a old Brinkman charcoal smoker and decided on this one. Have a great day everyone.

I did an elk roast last fall after I bought my 6 rack.    I was disappointed in it.   It wasn't as good as I expected.   Don't know if I did anything wrong.   I'll be interested to hear how yours turns out.
