Hello,

I just got my first smoker last night. My GF bought it for my upcoming birthday, she is way to good to me  ;D. It's a Bradley Classic. I've been smoking with a little chief that I've been borrowing from my dad. I've been really happy with the way my salmon has turned out thus far, but time to take it to the next level !! Going to pre-smoke break in tonite. Tomorrow I get to fire up my "Caddy" for a real run !! ......Sooooooo pumped !!

and I am sure some of the other BC boys will chime in
soon. Have fun with your Bradley, make sure you
leave the vent at least 1/2 open for all smokes and visit

Well I would say, you have a major keeper, and a got great smoker along the way.  GusRobin has the right idea - you find one like that, don't let her slip away.

Yes, we like pics.  Everyone thinks food, bit actually we are pretty indiscriminate when it comes to pics.

BTW, if she puts up a pic of the ring she has in mind before you put up one you bought, then we will all be watching for you to top that.   ;)
