Does anyone know of a source of a pre-made pastrami rub?  I'm basically a lazy person and hate grinding all of the spices and peppercorns because I don't have a burr grinder big enough to grind a big load of pastrami rub.  I have used my pepper mill which is a burr grinder but it takes forever.

Thanks for any references.

Thanks BLSH.  I'm liking the looks of Uncle Louie's.

CRG, I have one of those grinders we don't use anymore now that we have the Keurig's.  May give that a whirl first. "whirl"..get it?! :D

Thanks all.

The key to grinding spices is to get a good adjustable burr grinder with stainless steel burrs, and one that is easy to disassembles. Blade grinders give you inconsistent grinds, you have to grind too long to get near the consistency you want and can heat up your spices. I have an old burr grinder made by Salton. It's not the best in the world, but it grinds fast and the grind is consistent.

I looked at the Uncle Louie's and although salt is the sixth ingredient listed, you will still be adding additional salt to a product that is already high in salt.
