Hey all,

Newbie around here but have had my OBS for about a year... Don't get to use it half as much as i'd like but have been very happy with what I have been able to do with it so far.

I'm from just outside of Edmonton Alberta so at the moment it's a tad cold to smoke (-25 degrees C at the moment) but i've got a deer in the garage ready for butchering tomorrow and if the weatherman is correct i'll be making sausage this weekend.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hey.

Welcome Slannesh, were from just outside of Edmonton are you from. I was born there and lived in Cold Lake also. Now out on the West Coast in Langley.
