Our church is having a silent auction to raise money for something or other...we Baptists are always raising money for something.

Anyway, I was thinking of vacuum sealed pulled pork, or some sealed, frozen whole smoked chickens.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

The local Greek Orthodox Church in Little Rock holds an annual food fair.  FOOD always works.  My favorite from the food fair is these caramelized butter cookies, I'd tackle my wife for one.  But I would definitely look into the Q if they had it, I'm always ready for Q.

Shoot man, go for it, don't you know Q is just not for breakfast anymore![:p]

It's not how much you smoke but how many friends you make while doing it...

A nice batch of beef jerky is an idea.

That's right, Phone Feller...

Deer season is coming up, some good jerky just may sell....good thinkin!

How about some smoked cheese--cheddar or gouda?

smoked almonds or pecans might also be a good seller, especially because they cold be put in small packets
