I was wondering if anybody else has had issues with the door seal? my seal feels hard at the bottom of the seal and flexable at the top, Bradley has sent me a new seal but before installing it i was looking for pointers form the group here as what to change or look out for next time. any suggestions?

Is the seal you have on there now not sealing up or what is the problem with it?  Guess I never looked at mine, but if it is sealing up, then I wouldn't find it to be an issue.

The top left corner does not seal as well as the rest of it. i get smoke comming out of it so i know im losing heat also. if you feel the seal its hard on the bottom not soft & flexable like the top seal is.

My seal was hard when I replaced the door, but after one smoke it sealed right up after it got warm.  Maybe use it a couple of times to see if it will limber up a bit and seal for you.  If that doesn't work, sounds like you may need a new seal.
