Spotted Sea Trout Breaded with Mies

I caught a 15in spotted sea trout at the beach condo last weekend and couldn't wait to get back home to trow some mies on it and pan fry it in evoo.  I also roasted some potatoes, green and red peppers and onions in garlic and butter.  I love trout and the mies was excellent on the the fish.

I'm not a big fish fan, but I will do fresh caught rainbow trout, never tried spotted sea trout are they similar?

Kevin - I have been in Florida too long to remember what rainbow trout taste's like.  I remember it being really good and I know sea trout is really good as well.

I lean toward the rainbow trout, but not by much. Those specks are good eatin too.
