Doc BBQ

How did the first time go?
At this moment, I have 4 chicken thighs, a rack of beef ribs, a rack of spare ribs (cut in two in order to fit the rack) smoking right now.
My first time with the Bradley. I'm smoking indoors, venting it out my exhaust hood - damn, it smells good in here!
From one Bradley newbie to another, welcome.

Pretty diverse load ya got there Doc. Let us know how you monitored everything and how it turned out. BTW they say to never let the chicken drip on anything below, other than other chicken, so if those thighs aren't on the bottom, you may want to switch them now.

Doc- I hope you put the chicken on  the bottom. You do not want those juices dripping down on your beef. Might get you sick :-\ :-\
