I watched a show on the travel channel last night about restaurants that focus mainly on bacon dishes....WOW  It was an hour of drooling.

One of my favorites was a 50/50 burger from a restaurant in CA.  50% beef, 50% bacon all ground together and cooked and served with up to 400,000 different combinations of toppings, sauces, etc.

And they had the Chocolate Bacon, Wild Boar Bacon, and many many more...def worth watching.
