One of my favorite kitchen / cooking stores in the entire U.S. in Fante's in Philly.  Their website is loaded with lots of useful information in many of the categories (see the free guides).  Just this morning I stumbled onto this page full of useful conversion charts and calculators.

The folks there really know there stuff.

is there a conversion for cooking time and temps.

ex.  say under normal circumstances, you are to cook something at 225 for 5 hours, but the highest temp you are to acheive is 170.  what does that extend your cooking time to?

Or around here 2 more mixers, a phone call from CRG cause I am up late so 2-3 am.

Actually it DOESN'T extend your cooking time at all your still cooking it until the time it's done!!
