Mushrooms

Out here in Colorado the rains have started and the mushrooms will be coming up soon!  We have Chanterelles and Porcinis(also called King Bolete, Cepe, Stienpiltz) and White Matsutaki and a local variety called Hawk Wings as well as a few others.  Do you guys collect mushrooms where you are at?  What do you get?

I am afraid my smoker is going to become lonely the next few weeks.  First Mushrooms then Archery hunting.  This is the absolute best time of year!

When I lived in Nebraska we would find Morrel's every year. We do have wild mushrooms here in CA but there are so many people that hunt mushrooms for proffit that you need a permit.
