This is Mod Two of dual element heaters.  Pictures hosted on my blog.

Mods: Move if needed, that's OK!  Also, my blog links to this forum.

Good looking part. I too used the protective element guard on my second element but keep the original element in its place. So did you move the first element to the shield along with the second or do you now have three elements, and how did you do your wiring? A new switch, fuse or high temp sensor? Any more PICS? And is that the shield modified or a completely new part?

This unit will replace the stock heater, and ceramic mounts.  So only two elements. Fused in back for 10amps. The holes where the orginal wire came through are exposed. Just make connections. I removed the high temp sensor, as I am under PID control. That was a stock shield, with the spot welds broken to removed the sides.  That way there is still an "reflector" under the elements.

Very nice...   Are you taking orders yet?   :D

Wish I could (take orders) with the 115VAC connections exposed is a HUGE LIABILITY I will not assume.

For those that wanted a print, it's on the blog, right click and save.
