Smoker down. Dead element?

I was just in the middle of a smoke and lost heat.  The smoke generator burner is working, the burner in the cabinet is not.  Another thing, the power indicator light on the cabinet is fully lit where as before the light would get brighter as the power/slide was increased.  Now the light is on full when the power level is slid all the way to off.  This was my 7th smoke.  Bradley USA is out of the office today because of the blizzard.  I got the smoker for Christmas, but haven't registered for warranty yet.  Hopefully they will take my warranty and send me a new burner.

Sorry to hear of your troubles with the new smoker MDM but the "Smokin' Monkey" has you pointed in the right direction. You may also what to check out Yard and Pool and order a spare element and you'll probably find another tool or two you really need.  ;D
