THIS is cold smoking!!!

Driving to work this morning I see these two teams with their smokers rolling.  The two teams are local competitors, The Buzzard Brothers and The Good Old Boys.  These two teams compete against each other but are also very good friends.  My guess is they teamed up to do some cooking for some sort of fundraisers.  Both of these teams do a lot of that, sort of like our buddy Squirtthecat.

The reason I named this Cold Smoking is because when I took the pic, it was a balmy 7F. My apologies for the photo quality.  Taken with my cell phone and I wasn't getting out of my warm vehicle! :D

It's -17C outside rite now and I'm wondering what to take out of the freezer for din tonite,as my sweetie wants something BBQ'd.

Probably settle for some chops I smoked and frooze earlier.
