LQ I have to include Provolone every time I smoke cheese. The wife Loves it!! I mix in some Smoked Provolone with the American when I make grilled cheese sandwiches. Wow they are really good.

NePaS............That cheddar with pepperoni will be good as a grilled cheese sandwich and as a topping on a pizza!!!  Let the drooling commence!!!
