Has anyone ever tried to make a smoked Scotch Egg? I did a forum search and came up with nothing. I was thinking about trying to make one in the Bradley and maybe finish it in TBE or pan fry the outside for the finish. What do you guys think?

Interesting idea.  I like Scotch Eggs and smoking one sounds like a fine idea.
