Its Shep again!
I'm really new on here and trying to learn some of the acronymns.  Is there a list of them or can you guys just start naming them.
IT = Internal temp
toi = ?
CT = ?

Thanks again everyone!

Don't know the Toi but the CT is Carolina Treet. It is a sauce that is very  popular withy most of us who can get it. It is a localized sauce but they will shipped certain quantitys. I got 8 cases shipped to Blaine Washington, then brought it up here to canada and then sent orders out to the folks from the forum. You can get in from yard and pool also. You won't regret ordering some of it. As for other acronyms, I think the recipe site has a list on it.

Hi Shep...

CT (Carolina Treet) is really GOOOOOD stuff (love it on smoked chicken).
But, FYI...  Sometimes, CT is an acronym for "Cabinet Temperature" (meaning smoker temp).
IT/CT are both important measurements.
Just note the context.
