Smoked 9 Different Kinds Today

We smoked 9 different kind of cheese today... and it's in the fridge for no less then 4 weeks, that is if I can keep my son's out of it...lol.

1.Sharp provolone cheese
2.Cooper sharp cheese
3.Bacon cheddar cheese
4.Sharp cheddar
5.Pepper Jack
6.Sharp wine cheddar
7.Onion sharp cheese
8.Swiss Rye Cheese
9.Black Pepper corn cheese

They were all smoked two hours with Hickory...

Very nice job, I like Pepper jack and that swiss rye sounds awesome :P :P :P
