You're welcome my friend.  That mustard is killer on corned beef or pastrami.  It's so good that when Jan and I received the order we sat dwon and ate an entire jar on potato chips! :)

Pens and Hal, ain't rightly sure but I'm pretty certain it's essentially a dried Roux or thickening agent.  Have never used it before but since I was ordering from those folks I thought "why not?"  Their other stuff is killer good so I'm game to give it a shot.
