The mailman comes by today and drops off 3 boxes.  I look at the first and it is the 4 rail rack system from Scott's place.  The second box is Bradley sausage hangers, a couple new Frogmats and an added surprise of some sample packs of Bad Byron's Butt Rub from our buddies at Yard and Pool.  I was expecting all of them but then there was this 3rd box and I take a quick glance and it is from Texas!  My friend DTAggie had sent me a box of goodies!  Take a look at this!

Thanks a lot DTA!  Awesome stuff!

Nice score. Now you get to make more goodies.

Cool!!

Now you need to cook up up a big ole brisket.

Great gift David.

Glad it arrived Larry.  The coffee rub is great on steaks and hamburgers.  Supposed to be on brisket as well, just have not had a chance to try it.  On beef you need to use something little salt then the coffee rub as the rub has no salt.

Thanks again David!  Really looking forward to the Rodak Coffee Rub and the Salt Lick.

As much as you like Starnes sauce Larry, your gonna love Rodaks Tonsil Tickler! That is some really good stuff.
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

I use the coffee rub on any sort of beef.  Used it on a roast done in TBE last Sunday.
