Going to make some Rebel Yell sticks tomorrow.
Mix ready 7 Tbs, cure #1 and 1 cup RY  ;D

Adding some buckwheat flour to the mix.





RY Meat all mixed and ready for stuffing.



I had to use 73/27 GB this time cuz the hayseed store was out of 80/20



Hanging no smoke for an hour.
