Hello fellow smokers,

Ive been reading this forum for a few months now..Without even owning a smoker!!
Now thanks to my Gracious wife i have a brand new Digital Bradley  4 rack.
I seasoned it day 1. Chili lime sausages day 2. And Chicken and ribs day 4 n 5.

Still reading and learning daily and I'd like to THANK all the forum members for there input.
There is a wealth of knowledge here and I'm grateful to the forerunners that made my first week almost too easy!!!

Thanks to all of you,
Todd

Welcome to the forum,Todd.

Looks like you're off to a good start.

Lucky you ! So close to the border. You should be able to get rubs etc that we can't get farther "in-land"  !

Enjoy your Bradley.
