Hey Kirk-

Would you be willing to start a new forum category for Equipment that we all have and use in this hobby of ours?

I think it could be a great asset to share all of our knowlege and experience using the neat toys we all have that supports our smoking and cooking endeavors....

I have a neat colman cooler I use for brining and FTC. Also, meat slicers, meat grinders, meat mixers, temperature guages and controls, dehydrators, smoker appliances, preparation equipment, knives, spice shakers, food sealers/containers, canning equipment etc etc etc....

What do you (and others think?)

It could be a good place to find what tools we all use to accomplish our end products!??

I post about that stuff under the accessories heading.

Thanks!

Best know not for soup, but rather smoked meats...

The layout of the forum does suggest that the area is for Bradley branded accessories, I can see you point but did not know how to word it in my first response.  Point is there's lots of topics there about home made accessories and outside equipment that helps to make the Bradley smoking experience better.
