Newbie question......... Placement of probe in DBS

I have the 4-Rack DBS. I've looked on the forum but so far haven't found my question. I have the Maverick E-732 and I'm wondering where/how you are running your probes. Are you running through the generator up into the oven, drop down through the top vent, or through the door.

You can drop it down threw the vent or like most people just through the door. The wire will not bother the door seal at all. Make sure you place the probe just under the bottom rack of meat to get the best temp reading.
