Tenpoint you are so right. I am in early 60's now and I can vividly remember mixing and stuffing sausage with my dad and mom. Mom was always crushing more garlic for the sausage. I still can smell the sausage when Dad brought it back from the smoker to bloom. It smelled so great.

Thanks 10.5 and Pikeman_95 I think I will be trying it as soon as I am back to Amman.

What is funny is that I have had all the necessary equipment needed to do that for some time but never had the chance to get around to it. Who knows, maybe sausage would be my first post in a while.
