Hi everyone.
Santa brought me a new OBS for Christmas and I finally read the destructions and seasoned it yesterday.  Been lurking for a short while, but lots left to read/learn.

I'm brand new to smoke and excited to try something, but prolly wait till I read a bit more.

Welcome Joe...this is the most helpful and informtive forum that I know and we have a group of very knowledgeable people here, and are more then willing to help at a moments notice, questions about smoking, making jerky, making sausage, making and smoking bacon, and we have some very inventive people here..heck some even do bacon and ice cream...lol...again welcome..
