My Last meal is Ribs..

Well!!! Since the world is supposed to end today around dinner time, I just thought my last meal of choice would be ribs....what have y'all planned for your last meal...?  :D

Here we're just gonna throw a couple of steaks on the Weber and have white asparagus and bratkartoffeln along side.  Tomorrow, roasted chicken and couscous with pine nuts and dried apricots.

Going to go to the "Way Out West BBQ Championship" in Stockton, CA and see how competition level pitmasters prepare their chicken, ribs, butts, and briskets ;D ;D  Gonna have a brew or two ;)  They have 33+ teams confirmed.
