A new smoker here.
Question- when you press down on the wooden puck advance button does it stay in ? Mine seems to stay in and keep pushing pucks into the water.
If I stroke the button with my finger tip it pops out and stops the pushing process. Am I missing something?
Any advice is appreciated.

That is a new one for me. I never heard or read about that before. Unless some one else chimes in a better advice for you to try, I strongly suggest that you contact Bradley CS as soon as possible. Their CS departmenet is trully second to none.

I am not as "think" as you "drunk" I am.

I've heard of the problem before but not for some time. As HR said, contact Bradley and they will sent out a new switch for you. It certainly shouldn't stick in. Here's a link to a write up on it.

The button sticking on the puck advance is not something new.  You can fix it yourself.

Here's another thread with the same problem and how they fixed theirs: Puck Advance Button Sticking

Had that problem a long time ago on one of my generators and found out the hole they stamped in the case to hold the switch was a bit to small. I filed it out a tiny bit and it releaved the pressure on the plastic switch and started working fine. Just thought I'd mention that in case your replacement switch sticks also.
