Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Made this up the other day,,,, turned out pretty good.

Some Cooked chicken.



A slab of ham.



A block of smoked Swiss.



Cream cheese and Asparagus.



Added the cubed chicken, cubed ham and half the graded Swiss cheese and put in a pan.



The other half of the Swiss on top and in the oven till bubbly.



After cooling a bit its time to dig in.



Yep thats a dusting of Soileau's on top.  ;D

I WILL be making this again.

I'll have to change it up a little for my taste (no cream cheese or asparagus) but this has me thinking it would be great! Congrats!  ;D

We'll spend 4 days grazing at Hal's.. (LPGA tournament this weekend)

I'll hide the asparagus until Monday.

Have you had white asparagus?  It's really good as well..   Hard to find.

I have not seen the white strain let allone tried it.  ;D

I have had the purple, good stuff, even tried to grow it,,,, didnt take.

But the Jersey Knight strain grows like crazy here.
