Hi All

I went down to the supermarket and brought 1kg of prime beef mince for $12.00
To go with the mince I also brought a sweet chilli stir fry sauce mix
Mixed the sauce and 1/2tsp cure #1 and left in the fridge for two days
As I don't have a jerky gun yet (1 is on its way ) I rolled the GB out between sheets of baking paper and cut
in the Bradley for the afternoon and it turned out just mighty fine

The money shot
Crank that smoker up and lets get cooking

My Process was

1 hour @ 60degress with no smoke to dry off the meat, flip beef strips around 30mins in to prevent sticking.

2 hours @ 71 degrees with Special Blend Bisquettes

3 to 4 hours @ 71 degrees with no smoke to finish off and then in the fridge to cool down

Must say Jerky and beer go down quite well  :P :P

Crank that smoker up and lets get cooking
