Jerky My Way

Neighbors son from SD will be here Wednesday.

So

I made him up 5 lbs of LB strip jerky from my norm marinade.

In the reveo x2 @ 20 mins.



Racked and ready for 1 hr 40 mins of hickory.

Had some battery outage so didnt get smoke pics. After charging i did get some DH pics.
