Hi gang.... Been traveling and away from Bradley for some time. Just got home a week ago, so fired up this morning.
Celebrating Father's Day today as my Dad was out of town last weekend. Have about 25 people coming for lunch,

Started @ 7:30 this morning. IT to 120 by 10:45. I think I had it a little too hot around 230. Got to the temp I wanted to pull it and finish off in oven a bit earlier than planned. FTCing right now. Going to finish in oven to be done @ 1:30.
