Hello I'm new to the forum

Hello, I'm new to the forum but have had a stainless 4 rack for several years and I just recently bought a digital 6 rack and the portable propane smoker. I like sausage and use a lot of Rytek Kutas recipes. I bought an auber pid for the 4 rack and it holds the temps pretty close. But I've noticed that the 6 rack digital seems to swing a little on temps. hope this won't be a problem.
I also joined the Bradley fan club on facebook and have communicated with some awesome people. I got a smoked pickle egg recipe that was the first thing to go in the 6 rack off there, it should be good.

Not by any means, I've have had my share of things that turned out great and my share of flops. Mostly because I oversmoked or overcooked.

I bought my first one at an auction and didn't get any recipe book or instructions with it so I kinda fumbled with it for a while. Went to Bradley website on a fluke and here I am.
