well maybe a 6 rack posing as a Cold Smoke Adaptor.

Hey Yeah! Doing 3 butts and 6 racks of ribs tonight.


Two in the 6 rack...


One in the SS.

Will add ribs around 2am.



Smoke rolling in the upper smoker...Nice!

Never thought of that.  I told my wife that I wanted to get a CS Adapter...she doesn't know what that means...I could pick up a 4 rack.  Clever, very clever...

Mark good excuse to get another Bradley! And way to go green and recycle that smoke :D
