jUST GOT MY NEW EXTRA ELEMENT. Just wondering I thought they were glass this is metal. Was the glass one the ones that blew out quick?

The glass element were the original elements that were used in the Bradley. They were very reliable, but could easily be broken; especially during shipping. They stopped making the glass elements sometime ago, and switch to the metal ones. The original metal ones that replace the glass were also very reliable, until Bradley switched to a different manufacture to purchase the metal elements from. The newer type of metal elements were the ones that were causing the problem. They have now resolved that problem.
