His statement that only pork is BBQ I totally do not agree with.

While is was interest reading and his recipes are nice looking, I have to give him on the rate-o-meter a 1 out of 10 for his one sided view.

I do agree with you as well Olds, As long as its slow cooked you can bbq pork, chicken, beef, etc.
