Made some Pepper Stix..

We decided to try some beef pepper Stix and they came out real good...
We had 5lbs of ground beef..and used Backwoods seasoning..
We reground the beef and used 19mm Collagen to make the stix...
We gave them 2 hours of smoke and pulled them at 160 IT...left to bloom..
We Vac packed what was left, the neighbors came over and of course we taste tested them.. :D
