Question

I just mixed my HM cure and seasoning last night and now its in the fridge for 24hrs im just wondering if i have to leave it for almost 48hrs if this is going to make it to salty or chewy???I cant see it being bad but im not sure???? Thanks for any help Cheers

It will be ok for another day or so, just keep it wrapped.  I have made huge batches in the past that wouldnt all fit in the dehydrator and I have never noticed a difference

I'm sure 48 hours won't hurt it or make it saltier. I've had mine in the fridge longer with no I'll effects.
