Even though I have been posting questions like crazy, I figure butterfat then never to introduce myself.

My name is Jake and I'm a Gemini and I like long walks on the.........just kidding, but my name is Jake I'm from Utah, I lived in Texas for a while and became obsessed with smoked foods, and was pumped when I found the Bradley!

I appreciate all the pointers and help her on the forum for those of us just starting out and learning, and hopefully someday I'll be able to give some pointers. :D
