Just picked up a 4 Shelf Digital Smoker. Haven't fired it up yet but I will be soon. :)

Looking around for a good Smoked Beef Brisket Recipe to start up with. Would appreciate any advise you may have as this is my first time owning a smoker.

Welcome!  The guys have goven you some good info.  Having never used a smoker before, a brisket might not be my first choice as a project.  You might want to try something a little more forgiving and get used to using your Bradley before you attempt a brisket.  Just my opinion.

I agree. I started out with some bacon wrapped yard bird breasts, then I did a poke butt.  ;D

Guess that I will take the forums advise and not try a brisket as my first project.

So the second idea I have is to smoke some fish that I caught today. I have some Rainbow trout and some Coho Salmon........Now just going to look around for some recipes.

Welcome to the forum and you really don't need to look any further than this recipe for smoked fish.
I have used it on a variety of fish and it all turn out excellent
